This photo is an expression of the fear that has accompanied me, as a resident of Poland, in recent times. There is a war going on beyond our border. On television, we hear nothing but bad news. This image is a way of screaming out what lies deep within me.
Taken on a damp, rocky trail, this image uses the natural framing of the deep green canopy to accentuate the light-filled fog beyond. It is a portrait of connection: a small child, a guiding adult, and a challenging, beautiful path. The contrast between the dark foreground and the bright, misty background creates a powerful sense of both mystery and hope.
From above, the volcanic sands of La Arena Beach in Puerto de Santiago stretch like a dark canvas against the turquoise embrace of the Atlantic Ocean. Captured in a perfect Top Down perspective, the shoreline becomes a striking contrast of textures: rugged black sand meets the foaming waves in a rhythmic dance, while sunbathers appear as tiny specks, scattered like colorful brushstrokes on a painter\\\'s palette.
This series of five photos shows deer crossing a small watercourse located between two forested areas. The entire composition was created over several days of shooting. To capture them, I used a float tube, a diving suit, and camera equipment – a Canon R5 and a 400mm RF lens. The photos were always taken in the early morning hours on different sections of the waterway.
Femininity exists beyond time, regardless of changing ideals and roles.
The image presents two representations of womanhood - past and present -different in form, yet united in essence. Although aesthetics and modes of expression evolve, inner strength and identity remain constant.
This image portrays femininity as a value that does not fade, but only changes the way it is expressed.
Under the full moon, the winter landscape of Hala Gąsienicowa was transformed into a postcard-perfect scene. The mountains stood tall in the crisp night air, bathed in the soft light of the moon, while the illuminated Betlejemka gleamed brightly, adding a magical touch to the tranquil beauty of the night.
This photo differs from those I usually take. The difference is not in the motifs, colors, or equipment used, but in the composition. Usually, consciously or instinctively, I use a closed composition, and the elements in the frame tell a story with a clear beginning and end.
Here it is different. Although I included objects that were important to me in the photo, many of them extend far beyond the frame. Looking at this photo, I get the impression that it is part of a larger whole. It is as if the central part of the panorama had been cut out and moved to another place, leaving the events on both sides to the imagination of the viewers. Few structures have a beginning or an end, and vectors rush across the frame, moving from unknown points of reference to unmarked turns. The only constant unit in the space is the ruins of the castle in Czorsztyn. That is why I made it the subject of the photo. It has become a symbol of human – still fragmentary – power over nature... and powerlessness against time.
The image was created using a repurposed flatbed scanner functioning as a primitive camera.
Instead of capturing a single frozen moment, the machine slowly scans the scene line by line, transforming movement into duration.
The spinning figure of the woman becomes fragmented and reassembled through the rhythm of the device — each line a thin slice of time, each delay a memory of motion.
What was once a tool of precision turns into a recorder of imperfection, revealing how technology can not only depict, but also feel the passing of time.

A lone cyclist emerges from the mist, passing in front of the Warsaw Mermaid — a symbol of protection — whose silhouette, softened by the fog, appears transformed. Instead of holding a shield, the figure unexpectedly resembles a pregnant woman. This illusion struck me deeply, as I am currently pregnant myself :)
In that instant, the monument — usually perceived as warrior-like and defiant — took on a completely different aura: one of quiet strength, vulnerability, and creation instead of defense. The city, the myth, and my own inner reality aligned for just a few seconds in the fog.
