It is steeped in centuries-old traditions and spiritual beliefs, where the line between life and death blurs in the perpetual flames of its pyres. The Ghat embodies the Hindu belief in the cycle of life, death, and rebirth. The air is thick with the scent of burning wood and the chanting of prayers, creating an atmosphere of profound reverence and introspection. For many, Manikarnika Ghat is not just a place of final rites, but a profound convergence of earthly existence and eternal soul.
