Mundari is an ethnic group from South Sudan. They are known for raising cattle of the ankole vatusi species, which is known for its huge horns. My project was to film the life of Mundari nomads in the camp.
An older woman strolls beneath the spider sculpture known as Maman. Its imposing legs evoke both maternal protection and a quiet threat, framing the everyday scene unfolding below. The moment captures how public art intersects with real life, blending symbolism and ordinary movement into one compelling frame.

Autumn in my town - A photo project for a greener future
The goal of this project is to raise awareness and actively contribute to global reforestation by linking photography with environmental action. Through the sale of photographs, each capturing the breathtaking beauty of autumn in a small town, the project directly supports tree planting efforts—for every purchased photograph, one tree is planted. The chosen theme, autumn in Požega (Croatia), highlights the city at its most vibrant, adorned with colorful foliage that transforms familiar streets into a seasonal spectacle. Every image in this series prominently features trees or other autumnal elements, emphasizing the deep connection between nature and the urban landscape. The cycle of falling leaves serves as a reminder of the passage of time, reinforcing the need for proactive change both locally and globally. This initiative not only preserves the memory of Požega’s most stunning season but also creates a lasting environmental impact. Over the course of two autumns, the city was documented like never before, and the response from its residents has been overwhelmingly positive—not only to the photographs themselves but also to the mission behind them. Through a partnership with One Tree Planted, every purchase results in the planting of a tree, and buyers receive a personalized e-certificate confirming their contribution to global reforestation. This project is a testament to how art can inspire action, proving that photography is more than just capturing a moment — it’s about shaping a better future.
– The rating of photographers by countries and cities is based on the three best photos of the author and their relative position in each separate nomination. Rating in the nomination "Mobile Photography" is taken into account to a lesser extent for rating formation. The list by country and city shows one photo of the author with the best rating.
– Only those photos have been published in the list that passed the second stage of voting.
– Only one strongest photo from each author is counted in the Best Photos ranking. Even if a photographer has several published works, only the highest-rated one is used to calculate their ranking position. As a result, the order of photos in the list may not match the author's final ranking position.
