Orange Color Photography Contest: Guidelines and Submission Criteria

We invite photographers to participate in the "Orange Color" contest! Orange is the color of energy, warmth, and creativity. It ignites and draws the eye: in the fiery flames of a sunset and the rich hues of autumn foliage, in ripe mandarins and pumpkins, in the glowing embers of a campfire and the bright lights of the evening city, in the ginger fur of animals and the splashes of citrus juice. We are looking for shots where orange becomes the main hero — across any genre and subject matter.

Accepted:

Photographs where the orange color plays a key role — creating mood, contrast, metaphor, or a visual accent
Any genre: street photography, portrait, still life, abstraction, landscape, documentary photography, macro, etc.

Not accepted:

Shots where orange is merely a random background or a minimal accent; it must be visually significant and organic

Vote

Viewers' votes are accepted during the submission period and for several days after completion.

Prize

Increase the limit to the load for the main contest 35AWARDS. Extensive coverage of the winner photos, as well as 10 of the best photos of the competition.

photo should be no copyright marks, add borders, etc.

Not accepted:

Similar images (similar combination of objects, cropping, different shooting angle, or change of photo tone)
Artificial color changes in graphic editors
Collages and composite images

* A photo that has won in other 35AWARDS contests cannot enter the best photos of this contest. Only one photo of the author can enter the number of the best photos of this competition.
** Images that do not match can be removed from the competition.

This is Express Contest, launched in test mode. This is a thematic photo contest with slight modifications, where we are trying out a new voting system. Despite these innovations, the essence of the contest remains the same—to share your best photos on a given theme and be inspired by the works of others.

During the contest, we will closely monitor participant activity and feedback. We may make adjustments to make the contest even more interesting and engaging for everyone. Please be aware that some errors or issues may arise during the process. We are promptly addressing them and strive to quickly implement any necessary changes.
