Through a broken opening in the ancient walls, another part of Nimrod Fortress comes into view. Stone towers and ruined walls rise among the green slopes of the mountain, where nature has slowly reclaimed what time left behind. The rugged frame of the ruins makes the distant fortress seem like a scene from another age.
