Epilogue
' Epilogue '
I truly enjoy from portrait photography And I look at it very differently Because I believe When you take a portrait photo You haven't taken just one photo Rather, you have recorded the soul of a human, Face is a mirror of our soul which reflects all our feelings and sufferings on itself, I call myself collector of souls. I always ask myself that what is my duty as a photographer ? I have chosen to be the voice of the voiceless. This collection is about homeless and drug addicted people I always look at these people that because of their inappropriate appearance hearing wrong and harsh judgments from society .We all have friends or maybe relatives who turned to drugs or became homeless because of wrong choices And we all know how painful this problem is. I worked on this collection for almost two years And I had a close encounter with these people and truly these people were among the kindest people I have ever seen who only needed attention and an ear to be heard And what was very Effective to me was the generosity of these people Because I always had some money or food with my self to help these people But they were accepting so hard and when I talked with these people, they all had a good life and a job in the past, but because of a specific event or bad situation they lost everything .To capture these photos, I always carried a black background with my self and the eyes and hands play the main role here because they help us to feel these pictures.
