Uma Obra de Arte!
Visitei este local várias vezes e nunca o vi e senti da mesma maneira. É um local único com uma envolvência singular, este local absorve-nos, ficamos isolados do resto da cidade. As composições fotográficas são inesgotáveis. Esta fotografia é o que eu chamo de Gritos de silêncio que me invadem a alma quando fotografo.
Edifício EDP, foi projectado pelo Arquiteto chileno Alejandro Aravena (vencedor de um premio Pritzker em 2016) em colaboração com o Arquiteto Carrilho da Graça.

Situated on the Daugava River, the city offers a mix of historic charm and modern amenities, making it a fascinating destination for travellers.
In the stillness of the night, in the picturesque alleys of Ribeira de Gaia, a chestnut seller stands out under the golden light of an old lighthouse. The heat of the embers illuminates his face marked by time and experience, as he carefully stirs the chestnuts on the grill, emitting an unmistakable aroma that mixes with the fresh, humid air of the Douro river. The smoke slowly rises into the starry sky, creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites passersby and tourists to come closer. The sound of cracking chestnuts mixes with the distant murmur of the river, while the cobblestone streets come to life with the soft glow of city lights. The seller, with usual gestures and an attentive look, offers his product with a friendly smile, keeping the tradition alive.
In Sabucedo (Spain), every year, on the first weekend of July, young people bring wild horses from the top of the hill till the village, where the horses are vaccinated and the manes are cut.

– В списке опубликованы только работы которые прошли 2-й этап голосования.
– В рейтинге лучших фотографий учитывается только одна — самая сильная — работа от каждого автора. Даже если у фотографа опубликовано несколько работ, в расчёте позиции используется только одна, с наившим рейтингом. Поэтому порядок фотографий в списке может не совпадать с итоговым положением автора в рейтинге.
– The rating of photographers by countries and cities is based on the three best photos of the author and their relative position in each separate nomination. Rating in the nomination "Mobile Photography" is taken into account to a lesser extent for rating formation. The list by country and city shows one photo of the author with the best rating.
– Only those photos have been published in the list that passed the second stage of voting.
– Only one strongest photo from each author is counted in the Best Photos ranking. Even if a photographer has several published works, only the highest-rated one is used to calculate their ranking position. As a result, the order of photos in the list may not match the author's final ranking position.
