More than 10 years ago, I started Macro Splash photography and the only one thing that motivated me to continue in this genre of photography is the diversity and particular and unique shapes of water droplets, when they appear after falling down.

On February 6, we experienced an earthquake that severely affected 12 provinces of Turkey. One of these provinces was Antakya. Months later, I went from Istanbul, where I lived, to Antakya, my birthplace. While I was looking for ways to take photos without making earthquake porn, there was a car pulled by a weak and neglected horse. The owner was looking for something to collect from the wreckage. It was a traumatic trip for me.

- The rating of photographers by countries and cities is based on the three best photos of the author and their relative position in each separate nomination. Rating in the nomination "Mobile Photography" is taken into account to a lesser extent for rating formation. The list by country and city shows one photo of the author with the best rating.
- Only those photos have been published in the list that passed the second stage of voting.
