Order a Gift Certificate
1. After activating the certificate, upgraded accounts are not combined. The account type is replaced with the one specified in the certificate, regardless of the previous status.
2. The certificate can be activated by any user who has the certificate. To activate it, you must log in to an account, and the upgrade will be applied to that account.
3. The certificate must be activated within 365 days from the date of issuance.
4. The account upgrade applies only to the current main award at the time of activation. Its validity is limited to the conclusion of this award and does not transfer to other awards.
5. What should I do if the certificate is lost? If the certificate is lost, please contact support at office@35awards.com. Provide purchase details or the order number for recovery.
6. Can the certificate be exchanged for money or another account type? No, exchanging the certificate for money or another account type is not allowed.
7. Is certificate activation supported on mobile devices? Yes, certificate activation is available on both mobile devices and computers.
