About

"City Faces" is a street photography contest that invites participants to capture the diversity of human emotions, personalities, and moments found on the streets of the city. The focus of the contest is on people's faces, their expressions, gazes, and the feelings they convey in their everyday lives. The goal is to showcase how different people—representatives of various social groups, ages, and cultures—interact with the city and with each other through the lens of the camera. Special attention is given to moments when emotions and facial expressions become the key element of the photograph, reflecting the atmosphere of the city.

Vote

Viewers' votes are accepted during the submission period and for several days after completion.

Prize

Increase the limit to the load for the main contest 35AWARDS. Extensive coverage of the winner photos, as well as 10 of the best photos of the competition.

photo - 1500 pixels on the longest side
Genre photo - Street photography
photo should be no copyright marks, add borders, etc.
entry fee - free

Not accepted:

Similar images (similar combination of objects, cropping, different shooting angle, or change of photo tone)
Artificial color changes in graphic editors
Collages and composite images

* A photo that has won in other 35AWARDS contests cannot enter the best photos of this contest. Only one photo of the author can enter the number of the best photos of this competition.
** Images that do not match can be removed from the competition.

This is Express Contest, launched in test mode. This is a thematic photo contest with slight modifications, where we are trying out a new voting system. Despite these innovations, the essence of the contest remains the same—to share your best photos on a given theme and be inspired by the works of others.

During the contest, we will closely monitor participant activity and feedback. We may make adjustments to make the contest even more interesting and engaging for everyone. Please be aware that some errors or issues may arise during the process. We are promptly addressing them and strive to quickly implement any necessary changes.
