AI-Landscape Photography Contest Overview
"AI-Landscape" is a competition for creators who generate landscapes using neural networks and generative models. We are looking for images where the digital nature of the work is not hidden, but rather embraced as part of the artistic statement: through conscious manipulation of prompts, style, lighting, and composition to convey atmosphere, scale, or a specific concept via a synthesized spatial image.
The focus is on the mastery of generation control: precision in prompt formulation, control over perspective and depth, manipulation of mood, weather, and time of day, and the ability to transform the algorithm's capabilities into an expressive landscape. The specific tool or platform does not matter; what matters is the final result, the integrity of the image, and a clear understanding of what exactly makes an image a landscape rather than just a picture of nature.
Accepted:
- Landscapes (realistic, stylized, fantastical, urban), fully generated using AI or neural network pipelines
Not Accepted:
- Photographs of real locations processed with filters or neural network "enhancement" apps
