The soil remembers everything: every fallen rain, every spring, every flock that has passed over it. Today it is nearly silent — only the dry grass whispers of past generosity. The shepherd, unknowingly, stands at a crossroads: to keep following the familiar path or to listen to this silence. The photograph is about the land’s memory and the truth that even the smallest human choice echoes deep within it.
