What is your biggest dream? I asked. Becoming a doctor, she replied. In her area there isn’t girl’s school- not even one. But She had ‘Hope’, the only thing no one could take away from her; perhaps the least act of resilience. Even though, the little girl was wearing a white burqa but, in her point of view, it was the darkest thing she could ever put on. In contrast, that niqab couldn’t hold her back from chasing her dreams, she goes to mosque to learn alphabet. Meanwhile, she study’s first grade books with her younger brother. She has taken the first step toward becoming a doctor.
