As in 2021, when I first visited Mundari, this year, Mundari children are still working from a very early age. They and adults don\\\'t know when they were born or how old they are. In appearance, the youngest workers are between 6-8 years old. A number of them were born in other cattle camps, away from their parents, and it is thought that they may have been sold or given away for breeding. \\\"BREEDING\\\" is figurative because they have to work to be able to get food. The cubs\\\' job is to get up at 05.00 every morning, clean up after the cows and goats, milk them, send them off in the morning and welcome them in the evening.
The life of village kids in a rural area is often filled with a mix of responsibilities and simple joys. Despite their busy schedules, village kids find time for play and recreation, often engaging in traditional games, dances, or storytelling sessions with friends and family. I captured a portrait of the smiling kids, when they are playing with the wooden cartwheel and the smiles of the kids inspire me to take this photo.
A little girl stands at the foot of Thẩm Mã slope, selling yellow flowers under the warm sun. The steep slope behind her contrasts with her small figure, as travelers pass by, noticing the delicate beauty she offers. The flowers glow in the sunlight, swaying gently in the breeze. Despite her young age, she stands with quiet strength, blending into the majestic landscape.
A young girl beams with a joyful smile, her face covered in vibrant splashes of colored powder. The bright hues of red, green, purple, and blue paint a festive scene, likely capturing the spirit of Holi—the festival of colors. She wears a deep red scarf draped over her head, which contrasts beautifully with the colors on her face. Her sparkling eyes and genuine smile radiate happiness and innocence, making the portrait feel both lively and heartwarming. The dark background adds focus to her expressive face, highlighting the celebration and youthful spirit she embodies.
– The rating of photographers by countries and cities is based on the three best photos of the author and their relative position in each separate nomination. Rating in the nomination "Mobile Photography" is taken into account to a lesser extent for rating formation. The list by country and city shows one photo of the author with the best rating.
– Only those photos have been published in the list that passed the second stage of voting.
– Only one strongest photo from each author is counted in the Best Photos ranking. Even if a photographer has several published works, only the highest-rated one is used to calculate their ranking position. As a result, the order of photos in the list may not match the author's final ranking position.
