I want to close this 2023 of strong photographic growth for me with this work which is certainly the most complex I have ever created and probably the most beautiful and desired. We are at Passo Giau on the night of December 15th. Temperatures around -8 degrees with a lot of wind (definitely lower perceived temperature). It was an overview that I had dreamed of doing for a long time and I finally succeeded. There is approximately 300° of field of view, it is the result of a panoramic view of 10 rows for the base and the same number for the sky. For the base I also performed a multi-exposure in various parts of the panorama plus a series of shots for the trails. There were so many difficulties but in the end I brought home a result that I really like.

The four seasons are ethereal nymphs and, depending on the seasonal atmosphere, their features and attitudes vary. Spring is a girl who plays a spring melody with a lyre made from a branch and her own hair. Winter is a woman with more mature features wrapped in a dress, warming a bird stiff from the cold. Even the surrounding nature changes: Summer is sitting on the bank of a river, with her feet immersed in the water, indicating the heat, and on her head she wears poppies that evoke summer scents. Autumn, with her hair decorated with a crown of chrysanthemums, celebrates the story of the year against a background similar to a tapestry woven of autumn-colored trees.
One of the photographic projects I would like to complete is the dualism of natural versus artificial. In this shot I have tried to give my own interpretation.

The only bird of prey feeding only with fish. Its precision and speed is stunning, the capacity of spotting a fish through the water is amazing. The dive is often almost a vertical descent at high speed, talons out and straight in front of it. The rise from the water often seems a struggle, the weight of the fish bringing the bird down, but most of the times it's more of a meticulous action to sense the correct direction of the wind for an easier lift off. And up! It flies back to the nest.
A friendly manatee cae up to breathe right in front of my camera, and I was able to get a complete sequence of shots, with this \"smile-looking\" face reflected under the mangrove lagoon\'s surface.
this particular situation of this cave, called "cave of Cala Crabittu" is really hard to reach because of the position, the weather conditions, the stricted time to snap that and the sea conditions. I reached this snap for 3 summers and, finally, here it is: the pussy cave!

Concept: Beauty is a sum of slight imperfections and flaws that create absolute beauty. \"The world away\" tells how diversity can become absolute beauty if accepted and shared by all. This project represents in a very emotional way the sense of isolation and melancholy that many people considered \"different\" for physical and aesthetic characteristics experience in their daily lives. Our protagonist, an albino girl often feels this way when she relates to others. In this case I wanted to represent this sense of unease of our protagonist by imagining that she actually belongs to another world but nevertheless she settles down on our planet relating to others who consider her different even if she often does not feel accepted. She meet a friend who accept and love her and has many difficulties to leave her gone when it is the moment to leave this world and come back to hers.

After finding these two trees I shot the foreground during blue hour and after dark I took the tracked shot for the milkyway

The project "Locked Down" takes shape from the personal and intimate observation of my emotions during the long isolation imposed by the outbreak of Covid-19 in the months between February and May 2020. The study draws inspiration from the seventeenth-century vànitas and consists of a series of self-portraits, single or articulated in triptychs, set in a barely perceptible space that plays the role of antagonist. On stage a crescendo of alternate emotional states arising from the comparison between the different personalities that live in me. Abandoned to the mercy of itself, the ego compresses and expands, it seeks the light in need of a solid point of reference as well as escape, it fragments, dissolves and then vanishes leaving only silence.

Traveling on the bus through the streets of Marrakech, I saw this woman in the distance on the side of the road. I was immediately captured by her pose, by what she had around her and by the contrasting colors. So in the movement of the bus I started shooting, immortalizing this moment. Hence the title “Fleeting Moments”

July 2023, Neaples, Italy. A boy plays football under the porticoes of the church dedicated to "Saint Francesco di Paola", situated in the main square of the city of Naples. In the background you can see the facade of the main entrance of the Bourbon royal palace (UNESCO heritage). The boy is doing a counterattack by running towards the opponent's goal. Street football is an integral part of Neapolitan and Italian culture. These kids are often called "street urchins". It is an activity that has always been practiced and has never stopped.

Nel viaggio sul treno diretto a Dinant mi accorsi del riflesso di una donna assorta nei suoi pensieri che sedeva sul lato opposto al mio. Volevo catturarla o forse leggere nei suoi pensieri...chissà cosa passava per la sua mente, chissà cosa e quanto, un singolo momento, poteva raccontarmi della sua vita. Questo non lo saprò mai ma mi rimane questo scatto che ancora mi riserva domande e mi fa riflettere .
