This picture show the old couple is feeding the cow by cutting the hay/grass, in early morning before going to the paddy field.
Their livelihood is based on the cultivation of paddy and crops and they used the cow for preparing / ploughing the soil for plantation.
Although she is old, she still has a lot of energy for her grandchildren.After struggling to provide for her children's education and livelihood, she had another goal for her grandchildren
