\"Woman workers\" everywhere around the salt factory. There are only a few male workers which segregate the salt from water. Most of the work is done by female workers. It\'s a hectic and painful job, the crystal salt will hurt them a lot. Some of them will wear the socks for protection, many will do their work by wearing only slippers. But they get the minimum wages per day. They will keep doing this till the sun gets harsh. The bleach from salt will cause temporary blindness to them.
