SUNNY ON THE MOUNTAIN
Talking about the landscape and cultural space of the Northern mountainous region - Vietnam, it is impossible not to mention the custom of cultivating wet rice on terraced fields. The industrious hands of indigenous people have been carved into the mountains for generations, creating precarious fields in the back of the sky. Wet rice farming creates the main food source for the inhabitants of this land.
The famous areas for terraced fields are Hoang Su Phi district - Ha Giang province and Mu Cang Chai district - Yen Bai province. Today, the terraced fields have been recognized as Vietnam\'s National Landmarks.
Every year, there are 2 seasons: the season of water pouring and the season of ripe rice.
1. Waterfall season: Usually begins in the rainy season, from mid-May to the end of June. People build banks, keep rainwater in the fields, plow, harrow, and transplant rice...
2. Rice season - harvest: After a few months of care, around the end of September, early October, the rice begins to ripen on the young slopes. Throughout the villages, people embarked on the harvest in joy and bustle like a festival.

That image reminds us of the \"JOIN\" - \"TOGETHER\" between husband and wife, between man and woman, between man and animal, who have transformed nature and created the heritage of terraced fields in the area. this ...
Anyone who has been to the highlands once will forever remember the terraced fields like the colorful \"mountain patterns\" here.
Magnificent natural scenery, hardworking and friendly people. That attracts tourists from all over the world to come to enjoy, experience life and learn about the unique culture of indigenous peoples.
