This smiling and always happy gentleman is called Neo, he is a fisherman who has a beautiful and humble family, every day at 3 am, he gets up with his small boat and goes out into the sea to bring his family's support and the surplus sells to residents here on the beach, city of Fortaleza, Ceará, Basil. He is an example of an honorable man dedicated to his family. His main characteristic is his smile, always with life on his face, he lives life and his difficulties always smiling. He's a happy man.
