The breadmaker
While visiting the golden temple in Amritsar I knew from a documentary that they feed people everyday in their main hall for free as part of the Sikh's tradition, I excused to visit the amazing kitchen operation behind the scenes and this is when I saw this huge operation of "Paratha bread" bakers using a simple hot surface. next morning I went again around 8 AM and waited for the light to come through the window to capture the light effect. they feed around 40,000 per day for free.
