An Undaunted Friend: INDIAN LEOPARDESS
An Undaunted Friend: INDIAN LEOPARDESS
This portrait of an Indian Leopardess shows her not only at her utmost stunningly bold-look, but at the pinnacle of his undaunted courage; I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect pose.
Though it was a humid, overcast evening in highlands located outskirts of Jaipur, India, with sandy ground under the forest canopy, the golden light filtering out of trees besides the subject was perfect for photography. And for the young leopardess, the fascination of her camouflaged photographer friend with white lens in his hands and facing on her was irresistible. The result is a strikingly original portrait of one of the most photographed species.
