During one of the an evening I suddenly came across a Chameleon hunting! After the successful hunt, the chamelion had to an opportunity to hunt three or four other caterpillars. His behavior reflected his desired to go for more. As his tongue was out to eat the other caterpillar, I could capture this precious photograph.

A bright light kept hitting the corner of my eye while flat on the ground photographing bar headed geese. Was amazing to see the beautiful light from behind through the Green Bee Eater. A very thought of frame with the band of light reflecting from the water behind, The position of the Bird. Studied the behaviour and was able to capture this angel after approximately 300 photographs.

In Porbandar there is placed called Chhaya.There is one cement factory at this place.There is one small lake behind the company.Cement produce lots of amount byproduct and they release this byproduct in this lake so due to chemical reaction between water and byproduct it produce special type of algae in this lake.Which attract thousands of lesser flamingos.This year there is  about more than 20000+ lesser flamingos.. This is photo of Courtship dance of lesser flamingos.In this dance male flamingos are  together at one place then they dance in  one special  formation to attract female lesser flamingos for mating. There are 8 different poses in lesser Flamingos Courtship dance. Elephant taking sand bath

Elephants collect sand or dust in their trunks and then spray it out over their backs. When this is done with water, it is to help them cool down in the hot humid weather. Other times when the dust and roll around in the mud, it is done not only to help cool down but also to protect the skin from insects and parasites. Once the mud and dust are dry, the elephants begin scraping it off and in the process, any parasites on the elephant are removed

Haldi Rasam.

Haldi rasam(ceremony) is the ritual holy bath and one of the pre-wedding ceremonies in india. Turmeric (haldi), oil and water are applied to both the bride and groom by married women before the wedding day. I visited my relative's wedding and i captured this happy moment.
