Novices who Never return to the Secular life
According to Buddhist culture, most of Myanmar (Buddhism) young boys does Shinbyu (Burmese: ရှင်ပြု) to become Buddhist Novices. They stay at a monetary and learn very basic Buddha's teaching there as Novices for a few days or weeks.
However, some of them are fully ordained as the monks. Umbrellas are not included in the Parikkhārikashippa (Burmese: ပရိက္ခရာရှစ်ပါး) for use of Buddhist Novices, they are necessities in a tropical country like Myanmar. Umbrella helps to shade the bare-shaved head of the monk who goes barefooted when he goes round village or Pagoda.
