The horse - Tool, friend and job
Together since the birth of civilisation, together untill the death of it most probably.
We walked together on dirt, asphalt, snow, river crossings, bridges, sand and rock.
We died together on the fields of glory, by spear, sword, bullet or cannon.
I still have relatives that are still connected with their animals. Both man and horse can’t concieve living without the other. The symbiosis is much to attached to our DNA.
I finally have the possibility to catch details with my new 70-200mm. Though very cold, I think I managed to get that warmth of the people that work on the outside as a way to get the next piece of bread on the table.
It’s hard, though their own and single purpose gives them more freedom than we will ever have. Their style of living is what gets us closer to the roots of our existence, in which the mutual love between man and animal, got humanity further.
I guess that’s what I’m trying to catch here: the happiness that a certain degree of ignorance brings to each of us.
