The streets of Giza are truly special.
True, the pyramids offer him a breathtaking view, but unfortunately there are things that overwhelm even these enormous historical monuments. Wandering around the busiest streets you can notice a disarming poverty, followed by inhuman degradation and filth. Kids, or rather, children, pulling donkeys or horses in search of some tourists for offer a tour. Street vendors, and very harassing, of all types of products, often trying to dupe the unfortunate tourist on duty. Many people eating on the ground, next to animals and dirt as if it were the most normal thing in this world. But this world is not so normal, and I am realizing this more and more with every trip I make around the world.
