It all started with the identification of a cheetah eating a young wildebeest she had hunted. After Satisfying her hunger she started walking towards the marsh in Ndutu Reserve, Tanzania. Upon arriving there, an exciting thing was revealed to our eyes. 3 young cubs only a few months old were waiting for her arrival. She licked them with great love and they happily jumped on her. That evening it rained heavily and the marsh overflowed. The next morning we went to the marsh and to our astonishment and pain, we saw only one cub by her side. Not far away, 2 young lions sat calmly and surveyed the surroundings. The cub howled and called to his brothers, that they would never return. It was an extremely painful scene.
