February 16th brought another incredible display of green aurora - just two days after witnessing the most beautiful one I had ever seen. The weather forecast didn’t look promising that night, but suddenly the sky cleared, and a large gap opened in the clouds right above us. It stayed clear for nearly three to four hours before the clouds returned. As usual, a bright green band of aurora stretched from east to west, painting graceful patterns across the night sky. I wandered around, searching for the perfect composition, and as soon as I saw these red houses, I knew this was the shot I wanted to capture.
