I explored the ophiolitic formations in Timpa delle Murge, a really unique place in the Pollino National Park, where the rocks you see are formed millions of years ago when the lava met the ocean waters, cooling down rapidly.
After scouting the location and getting lost a couple of times ? I finally found the spot I was looking for, thankfully it was still blue hour so I managed to snap a couple of compositions before it got too dark.
When the night came I realised that I would have to battle against humidity and light pollution, but in the end I managed to get decent shots of the sky.
