This shot had been a long-time dream for me. Not necessarily this exact composition but specifically capturing the sky in this way, so when I got the chance in our last Ladakh Workshop I gathered some courage and tried it.. I wanted to take multiple tracked shots for a panorama, stack them, and then stitch everything together. It might sound complicated, and it truly was. This was my first attempt at such a shot, and getting the arc right was tricky at first but I managed to fix it later. Keeping track of so many individual frames and panels was both challenging and time-consuming. On top of that, I needed an epic foreground to match the incredible sky, and I felt Nubra was the perfect choice.
