A spot near home where the night sky always has good visibility ? This between the nights of February 22nd and 23rd 2025 allowed me to create my first sky in HaRGB ? A goal? No… as always a starting point ?
In astrophotography, HaRGB is a technique that combines images acquired with an H-Alpha (Ha) filter with RGB color images to highlight the emission regions of ionized hydrogen (HII), typical of nebulae and diffuse structures in the deep sky. The Ha channel, captured in narrow band, is integrated into the red channel of the RGB (or used as luminance) to increase contrast, detail and depth in nebular structures.
