A flower of the Mustard Crop growing in a village in Punjab, Pakistan. The Mustard Crop is a perfect example of the botanical cycle. Every stage from the beginning of cultivation to harvesting of this crop is beautiful. Such as Mustard Sagg (ساگ) in the beginning, then the arrival of bees on the flowers, the process of preparation of honey and pollination, then the extraction of seeds or cultivation process and finally it’s straw mash. The Mustard Seeds are also used to make oil, ghee and soap in local and national industry.
