Chale Wote is an arts festival in Ghana, it acts as a meeting point for the most creative souls in West Africa. For one week every year the historic district of Accra is turned into an arts hub; live performance, graffiti, music and art work pops up, disrupting the lives of the year-round Jamestown residents.

The excitement of the local children is electric, most placing themselves in front of music and dancing for hours. This girl stood examining this piece for the longest time, seemingly reflecting on life and its meaning.
