The human impact on sharks can clearly be seen, even whilst shark diving in the Azores. From time to time, fishermen accidentally catch blue sharks around the Azores. This one was lucky enough to be released, though the line on the hook was just cut as the fishermen were afraid. There are however, many blue sharks with less fortune. They are killed - for their fins or meat, or just out of fear. Let's unite and help change the perspective on sharks.
