Rain falls
Rain can fall at any time—whether you are on the road or elsewhere, it is impossible to predict exactly when it will happen. You might be walking, driving a car, riding a motorcycle, or using public transport when the rain suddenly starts. Therefore, it is a good idea for pedestrians to carry an umbrella and for motorcyclists to have a raincoat. Since rain can make the roads slippery, it is important to always exercise caution.
