The color contrast between red and yellow is strong, but the lighting is uneven—too much glare on the yellow petal, losing texture in the highlights. The dew drops are clear, but they’re mostly along the edges, not distributed in a way that adds depth. Background is too dark and undefined, which makes the foreground pop but also isolates it unnaturally. Composition leans too far into the flower, losing context. Could’ve used a slightly wider angle to show more of the bloom’s form.

Iryna, did you shoot this in the morning? The light on the dew suggests early sun, but the shadowed areas are almost black—maybe a slight fill or reflector would’ve helped.
