Carved from Helsinki’s living bedrock, Temppeliaukion Kirkko breathes in silence and light. A crown of glass and concrete lifts the copper dome, letting the northern sky spill softly onto rough granite walls. The pews arc like quiet ripples toward the altar, while organ pipes rise in still resonance against the stone. In black and white, color falls away and only essence remains: rock, radiance, and reverence suspended within a circle of time.
