The perforated golden canopy of the House of Hungarian Music in Budapest frames the sky as an irregular architectural opening. Designed by Sou Fujimoto and situated in City Park near Vajdahunyad Castle, the building dissolves traditional boundaries between interior and exterior. The organic roof structure, punctured with leaf-like voids, transforms light into pattern while a passing aircraft introduces scale and movement. The composition emphasizes contrast between geometry and sky, mass and openness, where architecture becomes both instrument and resonance chamber.
