With the series of photographs \"GIRL AND RABBIT,\" I have made a shift from the veristic reflection (documentation) of the world to a personal, metaphorical narrative. Through dreamlike scenes of various decaying rooms (attributes of the self), I lead the girl Pina and her rabbit, who symbolizes the feminine cosmic principle, the feminine force, and signifies dawn and new life.
I have explored the power of dreams as a tool for interpreting and understanding one\'s own soul, as well as the expressiveness and poetics of photography, with this series.
