As an artist, I delve into the tension between identity and representation. This piece challenges the viewer's visual perception with its unconventional composition and nuanced color layers. I cut and reassemble a face, both deconstructing and recreating it, expressing the complexity of the inner world through subtle transitions and contrasts of color. The green eyes, resembling natural gemstones, penetrate the canvas to reach the depths of the soul, while the warm tones emanating from the rest of the portrait merge with the background, hinting at the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature.
