Female Color Portrait Photography Contest Guidelines

This theme is dedicated to color portraits of women, where the focus is on conveying character and mood through natural or stylized images. We look for works where the color palette enhances the emotional impact of the frame rather than merely decorating it. Pay attention to lighting quality, background handling, and compositional structure. The key is the moment when the model reveals her individuality. Avoid excessive retouching, preserving the realism of skin tones and details.

Accepted:

Natural and studio color portraits of women (18+), where light and color work to reveal the subject's image
Works with an emphasis on light and color that convey the model's character and individuality
Shots featuring a person of the opposite sex, provided the woman remains the absolute semantic and visual focal point of the composition

Not accepted:

Black and white, tinted, or monochrome works
Portraits of men or children, as well as shots where the woman is not the main subject or gets lost in the surroundings

Vote

Viewers' votes are accepted during the submission period and for several days after completion.

Prize

Increase the limit to the load for the main contest 35AWARDS. Extensive coverage of the winner photos, as well as 10 of the best photos of the competition.
